Chinese paper and packaging manufacturer Lee & Man is expanding its production platform in Southeast Asia.

Lee & Man will expand activities to Cambodia

The company plans to build a new pulp and paper mill and associated port in Cambodia.

Lee & Man's subsidiary Able Might will acquire 49 per cent of Cambodian company Shunying. The purchase price is reported at $490,000.

Shunying itself has signed an agreement to acquire 126 ha of land in Dechu, Kampot province, for about $98.75m. The pulp and paper mill and the port are to be built there.
